Suggested Use

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with food.

Folic Acid (as trituration) 400 mcg

Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 100 mcg

Biotin (as biotin triturate) 300 mcg

Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate) 150 mg

Calcium (as d-calcium pantothenate) 30 mg

Chromium (as chromium polynicotinate) 200 mcg

Siberian Eleuthero (root) 250 mg

Inositol 100 mg

Choline (as choline bitartrate) 50 mg

PABA (para amino benzoic acid) 50 mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Millet, Magnesium stearate.

Precautions

Store in a cool, dry place.

Do not take with sulfonamide since PABA interferes with the activity of this drug.
