Shipping within NZ

Within New Zealand goods  are sent using the Courier Post non-signature service. This includes PO Boxes and Rural Delivery and there are no additional charges.

Target delivery time is next working day to major cities and towns, and 1-2 days for smaller towns and rural delivery.

We aim to dispatch most orders received by 3pm, on the same day (weekdays not including public holidays).

Local Pickup

Local orders can be picked up at Central Parade, Mt. Maunganui between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Choose the Pickup from Mt. Maunganui $0 shipping option in the checkout and we will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up.

Shipping to Australia

There are two options available for shipping to Australia:

• International Air - Target delivery time 3-6 working days. Untracked service. $5 flat rate per order.

• International Courier - Target delivery time 2-3 working days. Fully tracked service with signature required on delivery. $20 flat rate per order.

Returns

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from dispatch providing the goods are in unopened resaleable condition.

Before returning any goods, please contact us first to obtain a return number. Goods will not be accepted for return unless the relevant return number is included with the product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we have made an error in dispatch.

Foreign Credit Cards

Non Australian & New Zealand credit card payments are accepted but they usually take a couple of days to process. Your order will be shipped once clear payment has been received.
