$5 flat rate shipping applies to New Zealand orders only.

Shipping within NZ

Within New Zealand goods  are sent using the Courier Post non-signature service. This includes PO Boxes and Rural Delivery and there are no additional charges.

Target delivery time is next working day to major cities and towns, and 1-2 days for smaller towns and rural delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders received by 3pm, on the same day (weekdays not including public holidays).

Local Pickup

Local orders can be picked up at Central Parade, Mt. Maunganui between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Choose the Pickup from Mt. Maunganui $0 shipping option in the checkout and we will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up.

Returns

Returns are accepted for store credit up to 14 days from dispatch providing the goods are in unopened resaleable condition. Please contact us before returning goods.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we have made an error in dispatch.
