The maufacturing process of the fine salt ensures that the naturally high mineral content of the coarse variety is not lost.
This salt can be used for cooking, pickling, grilling, bath salts or as a mineral tonic (1/8 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt in a glass of water).
Celtic Sea Salt has a lower sodium content and essential trace elements.
