It is also famous for its other names like Aaron’s rod, Golden Root, and Roseroot. Its benefits were first documented in 77 AD, by Dioscorides, the famous Greek physician in his Materia medica. In the modern days, the rhodiola herb has been the focus of human studies and animal studies.
